September 2nd, 2010. 3view Delivery Update

3view units being shipped and will be in UK homes by the end of this week

More units will arrive next week with all the remaining orders being satisfied by the week after next when the production line will have reached its full speed.

Units will be supplied ‘out of the box’ with all standard HD TV PVR services pre-enabled. IP service features will require IP registration and updating the box firmware over broadband when received. Once completed YouTube will be activated, followed by 3view Widgets and later on the BBC iPlayer will be released followed by SkyPlayer at the end of the year.

Once again, we would like to thank all our customers for their continued support and patience. We hope you will enjoy using your new 3view services and we’ll keep you posted of any further updates.
